Sales Multi Pricelist per Order Line

Sales Multi Pricelist per Order Line gives your sales team a powerful comparison wizard directly on each order line - showing every available pricelist, its discount rule, minimum quantity, discount amount saved, and final price - all in one place. Sales Multi Pricelist per Order Line module allows users to apply different pricelists on individual sale order lines instead of being restricted to a single pricelist on the entire sales order.

Every business has multiple pricelists - but choosing the right one for each product and customer has always been a manual, error-prone process. This module solves that by bringing all pricelist data directly to the order line, so your team sees the full picture before confirming a price.

1. User Level Sale Multi Pricelist Access.

This allows administrators to control Sale Multi Pricelist access per user, ensuring that only authorized users can apply multi pricelist on sale order line.

2. PriceLists Configuration.

here you can see that we have three pricelist with different price rule.
USD: Fixed price for Acoustic Bloc Screens and 25% discount on all products (min. 3 qty).
INR: 25% discount on Acoustic Bloc Screens (min. 3 qty).
AED: 30% discount on all products (min. 10 qty).

3. Sales Quotation with a Default Pricelist.

Once the Sales Multi Pricelist is enabled, the Multi Pricelist option will become available on the order line, allowing you to select and apply a different pricelist to the product as needed.

4. Multi Pricelist Option on Sale Order Lines.

Here you can see that the product details are displayed along with a comparison of prices across different pricelists (USD, INR, and AED). The user can select the desired pricelist and apply it to update the product price in the quotation accordingly. Please note that the discount is currently not applicable, as the required minimum quantity has not been met for the selected product.

5. Increased Product Quantity.

Here you can see that we have increased Acoustic Bloc Screens product quantity.

6. PriceList Price Comparison.

Now you can see that for both the USD and INR pricelists, the system displays the discount amount being applied as well as the final unit price of the product after the discount, and in that we have applying an INR pricelist.

7. INR PriceList Applied.

In Acoustic Bloc Screens product you can see that price has been updated according to INR pricelist

Can I apply multiple pricelists in a single sales order?

Yes. Each sale order line can use a different pricelist independently.

What happens if I don't select a pricelist on the line?

The system automatically uses the sale order's pricelist as a fallback.

Can I compare all available pricelists before applying?

Yes. The Multi Pricelist Wizard displays all active pricelists with price, discount, and minimum quantity.

Does this module replace the standard pricing logic?

No. It extends the standard pricing behavior without breaking existing workflows.

What does "Discount Amount" mean in the wizard?

It shows the actual monetary saving compared to the product's base sales price (public price). A positive value means the customer saves money with that pricelist. A negative value means the pricelist is priced above the base sales price.

What happens if a pricelist has multiple rules for the same product?

The wizard uses the same priority logic as Odoo's native pricelist engine - product variant specific rules take priority over template rules, then category rules, then global rules. So the discount and minimum quantity shown always match the rule that actually determines the price.
