Advanced Pricelist Prices on Product Form | Show & Hide Pricelist per Product & User

Managing multiple pricelists in Odoo can make it hard to quickly know what price a customer will actually see. Advanced Pricelist Prices on Product Form | Show & Hide Pricelist per Product & User module solves that by bringing pricelist prices directly onto the product form - no more switching between screens or manually cross-referencing rules. Product Pricelist Visibility adds a live price table to every product form that shows the price for each active pricelist, respecting Odoo's native rule priority (variant -> template -> category -> global), minimum quantities, date ranges, and currencies - all in real time.

Advanced Pricelist Prices on Product Form | Show & Hide Pricelist per Product & User module allows users to view product prices from multiple pricelists directly on the product form, eliminating the need to open pricelists separately. It provides advanced visibility control at pricelist, user, and product levels, making price management more flexible and secure. It introduces a structured and secure way to display pricing information while maintaining full control over visibility at the pricelist, user, and product levels.

1. Before Enable Display PriceList On Product.

Here, you can see there is currently no option or price list table available in product form view.

2. User Setting for Displaying Price List on Product.

Goto Settings -> Users & Companies -> Users -> Preferences Tab or
Click on My Profile and then click Preferences.
Users can enable the option to display the price list on the product.

3. Price List Configuration.

In the Pricelist configuration, we have added a "Show on Product Form" option. This option allows you to control whether the pricelist is displayed on the product form. When the option is enabled, the pricelist will appear on the product form. If it is disabled, the pricelist will not be shown.

4. After Enable Display PriceList On Product.

Once you enable "Display Pricelist on Product" from User Preferences, the following options will be visible on the product form.
You will see the option "Hide Pricelist Price on Product". By enabling this option, the pricelist table will be hidden from the product form.
You will also see the option "Hide Pricelist from the Product". Using this option, you can select specific pricelists that you want to hide from the pricelist table displayed below.
And, all available pricelists are currently displayed in the table, including details such as Minimum Quantity, Price, Start Date, and End Date.

5. Enable Hide Pricelist Price on Product per Product.

As you can see that if you enable "Hide Pricelist Price on Product", the entire pricelist table (including Minimum Quantity, Price, Start Date, and End Date) will be hidden from the product form.

6. USD PriceList Configuration.

As you can see, the "Show on Product Form" option has been disabled. Once you disable "Show on Product Form" in the Pricelist, that specific pricelist will be hidden from all product forms

7. USD PriceList Hide on Product.

The USD Pricelist is hidden from the product form, whereas the remaining pricelists are still visible, ensuring flexible pricing management.

8. Selective Pricelist Hiding per Product.

we have selected the AED Pricelist in the "Hide Pricelist from the Product" option. As a result, the AED Pricelist has been removed from the pricelist table, and it is no longer visible in the list.

What does this module do?

This module displays applicable pricelist prices directly on the product form, allowing authorized users to review pricing rules without opening pricelist records.

Does this module change how prices are calculated in sales orders?

No. The module is display-only and does not modify any pricing logic used in sales orders, invoices, or purchases.

Can I control which pricelists appear on product forms?

Yes. Each pricelist includes a setting that allows you to decide whether it should be visible on product forms or not.

Can pricelist visibility based on users?

Yes. Pricelist visibility can be enabled or disabled per user.

Is it possible to hide pricelist prices for specific products?

Yes. You can hide all pricelist prices for a product or selectively hide specific pricelists on individual products.

Does the module support product variants?

Yes. The module works with both product templates and product variants, ensuring consistent behavior across all product configurations.

Are minimum quantities and validity dates displayed?

Yes. The module displays minimum quantity requirements and price validity dates, providing full context for each pricing rule.
