1. Activate the module.

Install the Full Screen Form View module

2. Show/Hide Chatter with Eye Icon in Sales Module

In the Sales module, you can see an eye-shaped icon at the upper-right corner that allows you to show or hide the chatter. Currently, the chatter is visible because the toggle is enabled.

3. Chatter Hidden — Full-Screen Form View Enabled

We have now disabled the chatter using the eye toggle, and the form view is displayed in full screen, providing a cleaner and more spacious workspace.

Does this module provide a full screen form view?

Yes. By hiding the chatter using the eye/eye-slash toggle, the module instantly expands the workspace and provides a full screen form view, allowing you to focus on the main form without distractions.

Does this module work in Odoo Community Edition?

Yes, the module fully supports both Community and Enterprise editions without any extra setup.

Will this affect or modify any core Odoo files?

No. The module is fully safe, does not override core files, and follows OWL best practices.

Can I use this with other custom form views or modules?

Yes, the chatter toggle works globally across any form view with chatter, including custom and third-party modules.

What if my chatter does not appear after installation?

Ensure the form view has a chatter section. If yes and it still doesn’t show, clearing browser cache usually fixes it.
