FAQs 1. Auto Refresh Configuration for List & Kanban Views.
Auto Refresh Disabled Configuration
After installing the module, navigate to Settings -> General Settings.
Locate the Auto Refresh - List & Kanban section.
You will see an option to define the Refresh Interval (ms), which determines
how frequently the data updates.
Refresh Interval: The Refresh Interval must be a minimum of 1000 milliseconds (1
second). If a value below 1000 ms is entered, a validation error will be
triggered.
2. Refresh Interval Below 1000ms.
When configuring the Auto Refresh feature, the Refresh Interval must be set to a minimum of 1000 milliseconds (1 second). In this example, the interval is set to 80 ms, which is below the allowed threshold. As a result, the system prevents saving the configuration and displays a validation error to ensure proper performance and stability.
3. List View with Auto Refresh Disabled.
In the List View, the Auto Refresh toggle button is visible in the header. However, since no refresh interval is configured, the toggle is disabled (not clickable) and no automatic updates will occur.
4. Kanban View with Auto Refresh Disabled.
Similarly, in the Kanban View, the Auto Refresh toggle button appears in the header. Because Auto Refresh is not configured, the button remains inactive and the view will not refresh automatically.
5. Auto Refresh Enabled Configuration.
Once configured in Settings -> General Settings, you can enable Auto Refresh
by setting a Refresh Interval, for example: 10,000 milliseconds (10
seconds).
This activates the Auto Refresh functionality for both List and Kanban views.
6. List View with Auto Refresh Enabled.
In the List View, the Auto Refresh toggle button becomes clickable and
active.
When enabled, the system will automatically refresh the List View every
10,000 milliseconds, ensuring real-time data updates without manual
intervention.
7. Kanban View with Auto Refresh Enabled.
In the Kanban View, the Auto Refresh toggle button is also fully functional
and clickable.
Once activated, the Kanban board will automatically refresh at the
configured 10,000 ms interval, keeping all records and statuses up to date
in real time.
