Partner Mail Insights enhances the Odoo Contacts app by adding smart buttons for Incoming
Emails and Outgoing Emails directly on the contact form. It automatically tracks email
communication based on sender, recipient, author, email_to, and CC details, providing
real-time email counts for each partner, customer, or vendor.
With a single click, users can access filtered email records and quickly review complete
communication history without searching through chatter or mail threads. This module

Smart Buttons on Contact Form.
After installing the module, two new smart buttons will be available on the Contact form view. Users can easily compose and send emails directly from the contact record, while the module automatically tracks and displays the total number of incoming and outgoing emails associated with that contact.
Send a message
Now, type your message as shown in the picture and click Send to deliver it.
Outgoing Mail Count Update
After sending a message, its reply will appear as usual. At the same time, the Outgoing Emails smart button will show a count of 1 because the message is already recorded in the outgoing section.
Outgoing Mail List View
After clicking on the Outgoing Emails smart button, a list view will appear as shown in the picture. This view displays details such as the Date, Subject, User, and Status of each outgoing mail.
Outgoing Mail Details
In the outgoing mail view, you can see detailed information as shown in the picture. This includes where the mail is from, the recipient IDs, and the full message content in the body section.
Incoming Mail Count
Now, as shown in the picture, you can also see the Incoming Emails count appearing for another partner. This indicates that the partner has received a message, and the count is automatically updated in the smart button.
Incoming Mail List View
After clicking on the Incoming Emails smart button, a list view of all incoming mails is displayed. This view shows detailed information such as the Date, Subject, User, and Status of each incoming mail.
Incoming Mail Form View
After opening a particular incoming mail record from the list, its form view will appear as shown in the picture. This view provides complete details, including where the mail is from, the recipient IDs, and the full message content in the body section.
Emails Menu Access
In addition to the smart buttons, a new Emails section is added to the menu bar. From this menu, you can directly access and browse all mail records. As shown in the picture, this gives you another way to view full details of emails, including sender, recipients, subject, status, and message content.
