Once selected, a "Cancel POS Order" button will appear in the header section of the list view. Click this button to proceed with cancelling the selected orders using the available options in the wizard.
2. Cancel POS Order Wizard
When you click the Cancel POS Order button, a wizard will open as shown in the image. The wizard provides multiple options, including the cancellation method, Cancel Delivery, and Cancel Invoice. To cancel the order along with its related delivery and invoice, select the appropriate cancellation method, enable both Cancel Delivery and Cancel Invoice, and then click Confirm to proceed.
3. Cancellation Confirmation Warning
After clicking Confirm, a warning message will appear informing you that the related delivery order and invoice will also be cancelled. This ensures that you are aware of all linked records being reversed before the cancellation process is completed.
4. Order Successfully Cancelled
After confirmation, the selected POS order is successfully cancelled. You can verify this in the list view, where the order status changes from Draft (or previous state) to Cancelled, confirming that the process has been completed successfully. You can also open the order in form view to see that the state has been updated to Cancelled there as well.
5. Related Delivery Order Cancellation
As configured in the cancellation wizard, the associated delivery order has also been automatically cancelled. This ensures that all linked stock movements are properly reversed in accordance with the selected cancellation options.
6. Related Invoice Cancellation
As selected in the cancellation wizard, the associated customer invoice has also been automatically cancelled. This ensures that the related accounting entries are properly reversed in line with the configured cancellation options.
7. Bulk Order Cancellation and Reset
From the Orders list view, select multiple records (for example, three POS
orders) using the checkboxes. After selecting them, click Cancel POS Order
in the header.
In the wizard, choose the option Cancel and Reset to Draft and enable Cancel
Delivery to ensure that all selected orders are cancelled, reset back to the
draft state, and their related delivery orders are also cancelled
accordingly.
8. Bulk Cancellation Successfully Completed
As shown in the image, the bulk order cancellation has been executed successfully. All selected records have been cancelled, their related delivery orders have also been cancelled, and the orders have been reset to the Draft state as configured in the wizard. Additionally, the warning message was displayed and verified, confirming that the entire process was completed correctly.
9. Bulk Cancellation Process Overview
As shown in the image, all selected orders have been successfully cancelled and reset to the Draft state. The related delivery orders for those records have also been cancelled accordingly. This demonstrates how the module efficiently handles bulk order cancellation along with linked delivery reversals, ensuring a smooth and controlled process.
