1. User Level Show Print and Action Button Access.
This allows administrators to control "Show Print and Action Button" access per user, ensuring that only authorized users can be use the Print and Action buttons on Form view and List view.
2. Hide Print & Action Buttons in List views.
The Print and Action buttons are hidden in the List View because the user has not been granted the "Show Print Action Button" permission required to access this functionality.
3. Hide Print & Action Buttons in Form views.
The Settings (gear icon) in the Form View is hidden because the user has not been granted the "Show Print Action Button" permission required to access this functionality.
4. Granted Show Print Action Buttons Permission.
The user has now been granted the "Show Print Action Button" permission. Therefore, the Print and Action buttons are now visible and can be used in both the Form View and List View.
5. Show Print & Action Buttons in List views.
The Print and Action buttons are visible in the List View because the user has been granted the "Show Print Action Button" permission.
6. Show Print & Action Buttons in Form views.
