Exporting MRP Reports with ZIP Password Protection
This MRP functionality allows you to effortlessly export and download various QWeb reports in a single, password-protected ZIP file. Whether you need to compile documents like Manufacturing Orders, Work Orders, or Production Orders, this feature simplifies the process by efficiently gathering all the QWeb-generated documents into one convenient, compressed, and secure file for easy access and storage.

- Export multiple MRP QWeb reports (such as Manufacturing Orders, Work Orders, and Production Orders) in a single operation.
- The module automatically compresses the selected reports into a ZIP file, reducing file size and making it easier to manage large numbers of documents.

1.To Configuration Manufacturing(Production) Orders follow below steps.
- Go to "Settings."
- Navigate to the "User" section.
- Scroll down until you see a new field labeled "Export Production Order".
- Activate or enable this field.
- After enabling, refresh the page.
- Once enabled, a button will be visible in Manufacturing(Production) Orders tree view.
- The button will also be available in the Manufacturing(Production) Orders server actions.


2. Enabling the Wizard Button in Manufacturing(Production) Orders Views
- Go to "Manufacturing" module.
- Navigate to the "Operations" section.
- Select "Manufacturing(Production) Orders" in the drop-down menu of Operations
- Once enabled:
- An "Export Production Orders" button will appear when you select records in the Manufacturing (Production) Orders tree view.
- This functionality is also accessible via server actions in the Manufacturing (Production) Orders menu.
3. Exporting Manufacturing(Production) Orders as ZIP Files with Optional Password Protection
- Select records in the Manufacturing (Production) Orders tree view.
- Click the "Export Production Orders" button.
- A wizard will open, displaying the selected records.
- In the wizard, you will find the "Export Production Order Zip" button.
- You can choose to create either a password-protected or unprotected ZIP file based on your requirements:
- For a password-protected ZIP: Enter a ZIP password.
- For an unprotected ZIP: Leave the ZIP Password fields empty.


4. Generating and Extracting Password-Protected Production Order ZIP Files
- Click the "Export Production Order Zip" button.
- Enter a ZIP password to generate a password-protected Production Order ZIP file.
- Refer to the image for a visual representation.
- When you extract the file, you will need to enter the ZIP password to open it.
** Viewing Password-Protected Production Order PDF **
- When you unzip the file:
- You will need to enter the ZIP password to open it.
- This will allow you to view the Production Order PDF.

- You can choose to create either a password-protected or unprotected ZIP file based on your requirements:
- For a password-protected ZIP: Enter a ZIP
- For an unprotected ZIP: Leave the ZIP Password fields empty.
