Custom Pricelist Access
Custom Pricelist Access allows admins to assign specific pricelists to individual users. When a user creates a sale order, only the assigned pricelist can be applied, preventing changes or access to other pricelists. This ensures accurate pricing control based on user roles. Admins can define multiple pricelists and map them to different users as needed. The module enhances sales security and simplifies pricelist management in multi-user environments.
Custom Pricelist Access restricts users to use only the pricelist assigned by the admin when creating sale orders, ensuring controlled and user-specific pricing.

1. Product Pricelists
Sales -> Products -> Pricelists
You need to create a pricelist if it has not been created, as shown
in the picture.
2. Assign price list to particular user
Settings -> Users & Companies -> Users
Go to the user to whom you want to assign a specific pricelist. You
will see the 'Allowed Pricelists' field. Select the pricelist you
want to assign and save it (as shown in the picture).
3. Log in with that user and create sale order
Log in with the user to whom you assigned a specific pricelist. Now, go to create a sale order, and you will see that the applied pricelist is the one previously assigned to this user. This is how the feature works.
