Sales > Products > Pricelists
You need to create a pricelist if it has not been created, as shown
in the picture.
Assign price list to particular user
Settings > Users & Companies > Users
Go to the user to whom you want to assign a specific pricelist. You will see the 'Allowed Pricelists' field. Select the pricelist you want to assign and save it (as shown in the picture).
Log in with that user and create sale order
Log in with the user to whom you assigned a specific pricelist. Now, go to create a sale order, and you will see that the applied pricelist is the one previously assigned to this user. This is how the feature works.
