User Access Rights for Last Order Info
After installing the module, follow these steps to grant users
access to the Partner Last PO and SO Order feature:
1. Navigate to Settings => Users.
2. Select the user you want to authorize.
3. In the user configuration, enable the appropriate Partner Last PO
and SO Order Access Rights.
A user-specific access control setting allows system administrators
to enable or restrict visibility of last order data on the partner
form.
Partner Form - Last Sale and Purchase Order
After granting the required access rights to the user, navigate to
Contacts and open an existing contact or create a new one.
Within the contact record, go to the Sales & Purchase tab. In this
tab, you will find the SO Last Order and PO Last Order sections.
These sections display the details of the most recent Sales Order
and Purchase Order associated with the contact.
Sale Order Confirmation View
Once a Sale Order is confirmed, the linked partners form is automatically updated with the most recent Sale Order reference and its confirmation date.
