Repair Service - Refurbishing
With this module the goods can be purchased directly from the customer and if needed they can be sent for refurbishing before adding them to inventory as a ready-to-sell item.
Our Refurbs Module is an expansion of Ticket, to let you track inventory usage while you get items for repair and Create the Refurb order from Ticket.
-------------new ------------ The goods which come for repair, if the estimation given to the client is not approved and they are willing to sale the product to the service centre, then they can be purchased directly from the customer.
The goods which are directly purchased from customers are sent for refurbshing. This module will repair order directly from 'Create Refurbs' button in the purchase order.

Key Features
Ticket View
To generate Refurb Order, Go to Helpdesk/All Tickets/Tickets
Fill all necessary Information in Ticket View and save record.
Purchase Order - Goods Purchased from Customer
Create purchase order.
Create Refurbs Order
Click on 'Create Refurbs' button to create refurb order.
Automatically links refurbs order with the purchase order.
Ticket View
To generate Refurb Order, Go to Helpdesk/All Tickets/Tickets
Fill all necessary Information in Ticket View and save record.
Refurbs order from ticket
Create new Refurbs order from ticket and automatically link with ticket.
Confirm repair order and working on it, once repair process will be completed then click on "End Repair" button for the complete workflow.
